Midway Park Community Center with Splash Park

Larion provided construction management services, document and plan review, cost analysis, construction monitoring review, hold-point inspections, North Carolina Building Code enforcement, and reviews at Substantial and Final Completion for community center and splash park at MCB Camp Lejeune.  The project consists of site redevelopment, new site development, new infrastructure, and commercial construction with a total construction cost of $2.5 million.
