MCAS Cherry Point Asset Evaluations

Larion performed facility asset evaluations on over 800 real property assets exceeding 3M gross square feet.  Evaluated facilities included administrative offices, magazine storage bunkers, motor transport shops, maintenance facilities, storage yards, pump stations, lift stations, and transformers.

Property records were revised and updated in iNFADS based upon field data obtained. Records and drawings were also uploaded into iNFADS.  Asset evaluations support the Navy’s mission to identify the amount of space they occupy and what it is used for based upon category code numbers defined in the UFC 2-000-05n.
