NASA Facility Condition Assessments

Larion has provided facility condition assessments on NASA’s Deferred Maintenance Assessments annually since 2013, nationwide and OCONUS. The purpose of the assessment is to document existing facilities conditions of all real property assets in accordance with the procedures outlined by NASA to assist them in developing estimates of annual maintenance budgets. This information is required by Executive Order 13327, Federal Real Property Asset Management, and is used to support the Agency’s Annual Accountability Report, build and justify the agency’s annual budget, and as a functional performance metric trended over time.
