MCAS Cherry Point – Nugent Cove Section 4 and 5 Housing

Larion provided construction management services, document and plan review, cost analysis, construction monitoring review, hold-point inspections, North Carolina Building Code enforcement, and reviews at Substantial and Final Completion for privatized military facilities at MCAS Cherry Point.  The project consists of site redevelopment, new site development, new infrastructure, and residential construction with a total construction cost exceeding $17 million.
