Knox Landing Community Center with Pool and RV Lot

Larion provided construction management services, document and plan review, cost analysis, construction monitoring review, hold-point inspections, North Carolina Building Code enforcement, and reviews at Substantial and Final Completion for community center and pool amenities at MCB Camp Lejeune.  The project consists of site redevelopment, new site development, new infrastructure, and building construction with a total construction cost of $3 million and a construction duration of 18 months.
